Job Description:

El Seif Engineering Contracting Company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Care Officer to join our team. This is a part-time, work from home position located in Riyadh, SA. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or related role.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Assist customers with product inquiries, order tracking, and issue resolution. 3. Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service delivery. 6. Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues. 7. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates.

Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Hardworking and adaptable to changing priorities. 6. Strong negotiation and analysis skills. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
