Job Description:
Saud Consult is seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Care Officer to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Mecca, SA. As an Associate Level Customer Care Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a prompt and courteous manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and concerns - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and targets - Assist with other customer care-related tasks as needed
Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Resourceful and independent; able to work effectively with minimal supervision - Strong cooperation and teamwork skills - Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software - Availability to work part-time hours, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed - High-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred
