Customer Care Representative

Job Description:

Zain Saudi Arabia is seeking a part-time Customer Care Representative to join our team in Mecca, SA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service. We are looking for individuals who are independent, energetic, and possess strong cooperation and innovation skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to all clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat. 2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Keep accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer satisfaction. 5. Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings to better assist customers. 6. Identify and escalate any issues that require further assistance.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service roles. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Experience with CRM software is a plus. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required.
