Job Description - Customer Care Representative


Job Description:


Al Gosaibi Bros. in Medina, SA is seeking a part-time Customer Care Representative to join our team at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service and possess the personality traits of resilience and independence. Soft skills such as persuasion and teamwork are also essential for success in this role.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service through various channels including phone, email, and chat. 2. Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction. 3. Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer issues and escalate as needed. 4. Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve overall customer experience. 5. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the company database. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions. 4. Strong persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers. 5. Team player mentality with a collaborative approach to problem-solving. 6. Resilience to handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
