Remote Customer Care Representative

Job Description:

United Electronics Company is seeking a Remote Customer Care Representative to join our team in Riyadh, SA. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level with a requirement of 2 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner - Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing - Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues - Maintain accurate customer records and documentation - Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience - Meet or exceed established performance goals and metrics

Requirements: - Energetic and passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Strong decision-making skills and ability to plan and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications - High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
