Customer Care Representative

Job Description: El Seif Engineering Contracting Company is seeking a part-time Customer Care Representative to join our team in Riyadh, SA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses to customer queries via phone, email, and live chat. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner. 3. Maintain customer records and update information as needed. 4. Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues.

Requirements: 1. Energetic and adaptable personality traits. 2. Strong emotional intelligence and presentation skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
