Job Description - Customer Care Representative


Job Description:


Arabian Pipes Company is seeking a part-time Customer Care Representative to join our team in Jeddah, SA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in customer service roles. We are looking for independent and resilient individuals with excellent time management and people management skills to provide exceptional customer care.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, orders, returns, and any other issues they may have - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Build strong relationships with customers to ensure a positive experience and repeat business - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues effectively - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Meet individual and team performance targets


Requirements: - 2 years of customer service experience - Independent and resilient personality traits - Strong time management and people management skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
