Remote Customer Care Representative

Job Description:

Saudi Cement Company is seeking a Remote Customer Care Representative to join our team in Mecca, SA. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate should possess personality traits such as adaptability and resourcefulness, as well as soft skills like analysis and attention to detail.

Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and provide support via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Process orders, returns, and exchanges - Maintain accurate customer records and update databases - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer service - Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
