We are currently seeking a Remote Customer Care Representative to join our team at Saudi Arabian Fertilizer Company. This is a part-time entry-level position that requires no prior experience. The ideal candidate will be confident, reliable, possess emotional intelligence, and be adaptable to different situations.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a courteous and efficient manner - Provide product information and assistance to customers - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service - Stay informed about company products, services, and policies

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Strong problem-solving skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite - Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work
