Remote Customer Care Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Customer Care Representative to join our team at National Industrialization Company. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients remotely from your location in Mecca, SA. As an Associate level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving customer issues via phone, email, and chat - Providing product information and assistance with placing orders - Handling customer complaints and escalations in a professional manner - Building and maintaining strong customer relationships - Utilizing company software and tools to track customer interactions and update customer records - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements: - Energetic and confident personality traits - Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence - Ability to think critically and innovate solutions to customer problems - Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience - Proficiency in using computers and technology - Remote work experience is a plus
