Remote Customer Care Representative

Job Description:

Yanbu Cement Company is seeking a Remote Customer Care Representative to join our team in Mecca, SA. As a part-time entry-level position, the primary responsibility of the Customer Care Representative will be to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients remotely.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Address customer concerns and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements: 1. Resourceful and hardworking individuals who are willing to go above and beyond for our customers. 2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to different communication styles. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work cooperatively in a team setting. 4. High school diploma or equivalent. 5. No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
