Customer Care Representative

At Zain Saudi Arabia, we are seeking a part-time Customer Care Representative to join our team in Medina, SA. As an entry-level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field, who are resourceful, confident, and possess strong decision-making and innovation skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions - Process customer orders and maintain accurate records of customer interactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Stay up to date on company products and services to effectively assist customers - Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold high standards of customer care

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required
