Customer Care Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and independent Customer Care Representative to join our team at National Industrialization Company. This is a part-time remote position based in Medina, SA. As an Associate level role, we are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and understanding - Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns - Provide product information and recommendations to customers - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet or exceed customer service goals and targets

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Cooperate with team members and provide assistance when needed - Persuasion skills to effectively handle challenging customer situations - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment that embraces change - High school diploma or equivalent required
