Job Description - Customer Care Specialist


Job Description:


Fitaihi Holding Group is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Specialist in Jeddah, SA. This is a part-time, entry-level position ideal for candidates with at least 1 year of experience.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various channels such as phone, email, and in person - Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty - Act as a brand ambassador by promoting company products and services to customers - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions


Requirements: - Independent and hardworking individual with a passion for customer service - Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers of diverse backgrounds - Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work well in a team environment - Innovative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Must be fluent in English and Arabic (both written and spoken)
