Job Description - Customer Care Specialist

Job Description:


Savola Group is seeking a part-time Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Jeddah, SA. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making it a great opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in customer care.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide product information and assistance to customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat. 3. Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records of customer accounts. 4. Assist with order processing and tracking to ensure timely delivery to customers. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 6. Conduct research to identify trends in customer feedback and recommend improvements to enhance customer satisfaction. 7. Work independently to manage multiple projects and tasks efficiently.


Requirements: 1. Independent and hardworking personality traits to thrive in a fast-paced customer care environment. 2. Strong project management and research skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and issues. 3. Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset. 4.
