We are seeking a motivated and reliable Customer Care Specialist to join the National Water Company in Jeddah, SA on a part-time basis at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service and possess strong research and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media - Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner - Update customer information in the database - Collaborate with other teams to improve customer experience - Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends - Attend training sessions to stay up-to-date on company products and services
Requirements: - 2 years of customer service experience - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Experience with CRM software is a plus
