Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist to join our team at Herfy Food Services Co in Medina, SA. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals who are resourceful, confident, adaptable, and have strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities: - Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms - Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Provide information about products, services, and promotions to customers - Process orders, returns, and exchanges - Communicate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures - Participate in training and development programs - Assist with special projects and events as needed - Uphold the company's high standards of customer service at all times

Requirements: - No prior experience required - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Basic computer skills - Must be fluent in Arabic and English - Must be legally eligible to work in Saudi Arabia
