Remote Customer Care Specialist

Job Description:

Abdullah Al Othaim Markets Company is seeking a Remote Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Mecca, SA. This part-time entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are independent, reliable, and possess strong decision-making and innovation skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to remote customers via phone, email, and chat - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner - Assist customers with product information, ordering, payment processing, and shipping inquiries - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues to ensure complete satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and service offerings - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English - Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities - Ability to work independently and remotely - Basic computer skills and proficiency in using customer service software - Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
