Remote Customer Care Specialist

Job Description:

National Industrialization Company is seeking a dedicated and energetic Remote Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, SA. This part-time position is ideal for entry-level individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with order processing, product information, and account management. 3. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our database. 4. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns effectively. 5. Continuously improve customer satisfaction by implementing feedback and suggestions. 6. Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Strong problem-solving abilities and research skills. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. 5. High school diploma or equivalent. 6. Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
