Customer Care Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time Customer Care Specialist to join our team at Herfy Food Services Co in Riyadh, SA. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in customer service roles. The individual we are seeking is adaptable and passionate about providing excellent customer care.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, or chat - Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, orders, and general company information - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Provide customers with accurate information and guidance to ensure a positive experience - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and promotions to better assist customers

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service roles - Adaptable and passionate about providing excellent customer care - Strong time management skills to handle multiple customers simultaneously - High emotional intelligence to effectively resolve customer complaints and issues - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent
