Job Description - Customer Care Specialist

Job Description:


Savola Group is seeking a part-time Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, SA. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will be resilient, energetic, possess strong strategic planning skills, and have experience in people management.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving - Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Conduct follow-up calls and emails to ensure customer satisfaction - Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions


Requirements: - 2 years of customer service experience - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively - Experience in strategic planning and people management - Resilient and energetic personality traits - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Bachelor's degree preferred
