Customer Care Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and resourceful Customer Care Specialist to join our team at Al-Rashid Trading & Contracting Co Ltd. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in Mecca, SA.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Handle incoming calls, emails, and live chats from customers - Process orders, returns, and exchanges - Provide product information and recommendations to customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Meet and exceed customer service goals and targets - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team - Passion for helping customers and providing exceptional service - Resourceful problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent
