Job Description - Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:


Al Rajhi Holding Group is looking for a part-time Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Riyadh, SA. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the Customer Service Manager to deliver exceptional service to our clients.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person - Provide information about products and services - Process orders, returns, and exchanges - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Keep accurate records of interactions with customers - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs - Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures - Maintain a positive attitude and a high level of professionalism at all times


Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Resilient and able to work under pressure - Independent with strong problem-solving skills - Adaptability and project management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficient in MS Office and customer service software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
