Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:

As a Customer Service Assistant at Advanced Petrochemical Company, located in Mecca, SA, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be reliable and hardworking with strong time management and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner to address inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide information about products and services. 2. Assist customers in placing orders, processing payments, and managing returns or exchanges. 3. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate order processing and timely delivery of products. 4. Maintain customer records and update information in the database as needed. 5. Monitor customer satisfaction levels and proactively seek feedback to improve service quality. 6. Handle customer escalations and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer retention. 7. Coordinate with other departments to address customer inquiries or issues that require cross-functional collaboration. 8. Assist in organizing customer events or promotions to enhance customer engagement.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent 2. 4 years of experience in customer service 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills 4. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively 7. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
