Job Description:
ACWA Power is seeking a Remote Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Jeddah, SA. As a part-time Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service and demonstrate a passionate and hardworking attitude. This role requires strong planning skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities: 1. Providing exceptional customer service to clients via telephone, email, and online chat. 2. Assisting customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner. 3. Resolving customer issues and complaints with a focus on problem-solving and customer satisfaction. 4. Managing customer accounts and updating customer information in the company database. 5. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Meeting and exceeding customer service metrics, including response times and customer satisfaction ratings. 7. Assisting with special projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Excellent time management and organizational skills. 6. Previous experience in a remote or virtual work environment is a plus. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
