Job Description - Customer Service Assistant

Job Description: SABIC is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Jeddah, SA. This is a part-time, entry-level position ideal for candidates with 1 year of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be confident, adaptable, possess critical thinking skills, and be able to cooperate effectively with colleagues.


Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or in-person - Provide information about company products and services - Process orders, returns, and exchanges - Maintain customer records and update databases - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Assist in resolving any customer issues or concerns in a timely manner - Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times - Assist with other administrative tasks as needed


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service - Confident and adaptable personality - Strong critical thinking skills - Ability to cooperate effectively with colleagues - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - High school diploma or equivalent
