Job Description - Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:


We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Customer Service Assistant to join our team at the National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia in Mecca, SA. As a part-time entry-level position, the Customer Service Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting with their inquiries and concerns regarding our shipping services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person - Assist customers with booking shipments, tracking packages, and resolving any issues - Provide personalized service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and concerns - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers - Assist with general administrative tasks as needed


Requirements: - 1 year of customer service experience preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Resilient and resourceful attitude - Ability to negotiate and manage relationships with customers effectively - Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - High school diploma or equivalent - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
