Remote Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Remote Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Saudi Electricity Company. As a part-time entry-level role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients from a remote location.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer complaints and issues with efficiency and empathy - Providing information about our products and services to customers - Processing orders, returns, and refunds accurately - Updating customer accounts and records with relevant information - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Upholding company policies and procedures in all customer interactions

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software - Resilient and able to handle difficult customers with professionalism - Driven to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals - Ability to research and problem-solve effectively - Strong decision-making skills
