Remote Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:

Arabian Pipes Company is currently seeking a Remote Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Medina, SA. This part-time, entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are driven and resilient, with a knack for strategic planning and project management. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role and possess a strong desire to provide exceptional support to our customers.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide high-quality assistance via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with order processing, billing inquiries, and product information - Work closely with other departments to ensure customer needs are met in a timely manner - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service role - Driven and resilient personality traits - Strong strategic planning and project management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software - Availability to work remotely on a part-time basis
