Job Description:
Saudi Ceramics is seeking a Remote Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Medina, SA on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level Customer Service Assistant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients from various locations around the world.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, orders, and general inquiries. 3. Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaints. 4. Collaborate with the sales team to provide support and assistance with customer accounts. 5. Manage projects related to customer service initiatives and programs. 6. Work closely with the team to meet and exceed customer expectations. 7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 8. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Motivated and driven to provide excellent customer service. 4. Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with others. 5. Strong project management skills. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
