Job Description:
We are seeking a Remote Customer Service Assistant to join our team at National Water Company. This part-time, entry-level position is perfect for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer service. As a Remote Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in Mecca, SA.
Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolving customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency. 3. Processing orders and handling billing inquiries accurately. 4. Providing product information and assisting customers with product selection. 5. Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and ensuring all customer interactions are positive. 6. Collaborating with other team members to meet and exceed customer service goals.
Requirements: 1. No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. 2. Must be resilient and able to handle challenging customer interactions with grace. 3. Energetic personality with a positive attitude. 4. Strong time management skills and attention to detail. 5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team. 7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience using customer service software is a plus.
