Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:

L'azurde Company for Jewelry is seeking a dedicated and energetic Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Jeddah, SA on a part-time basis. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, orders, and returns - Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions - Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Emotional intelligence to effectively handle difficult customer situations - Proficient in using Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required
