Job Description - Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:


We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Assistant to join our team at National Industrialization Company in Jeddah, SA. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving inquiries and issues in a timely manner, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position is part-time with an Associate level seniority and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service roles.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and efficiency. 2. Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner. 3. Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers as needed. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary. 5. Assist in maintaining customer accounts and updating customer information in the database. 6. Continuously seek ways to improve customer service processes and procedures. 7. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards customers at all times.


Requirements: 1. Independent and driven personality traits to thrive in a fast-paced customer service environment. 2. Strong soft skills in innovation and critical thinking to problem solve effectively. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software. 5. Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks efficiently. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
