Customer Service Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

Kudu Company for Food and Catering is looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Riyadh, SA. The ideal candidate will be reliable, driven, detail-oriented, and innovative with at least 1 year of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat 2. Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and issue resolution 3. Handle complaints and feedback in a professional and timely manner 4. Process orders, returns, and refunds accurately 5. Maintain customer records and documentation 6. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction 7. Leverage data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field 2. Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic 3. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities 4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively 5. High school diploma or equivalent required 6. Must have a computer with reliable internet access 7. Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
