Job Description - Customer Service Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:


Al Rajhi Holding Group is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to work remotely from home in Medina, SA. As a part-time, entry-level position with no prior experience required, this role is ideal for individuals who are independent, dedicated, and possess strong critical thinking and strategic planning skills.


Responsibilities: - Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assisting customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Providing feedback on customer concerns and suggestions for improvement - Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance customer service skills - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times


Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using computers and customer service software - Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
