Customer Service Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

Herfy Food Services Co is looking for a motivated and energetic Customer Service Assistant to work from home in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in customer service and possess strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and have a drive to excel.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Process customer orders and payments accurately - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies - Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Must have a dedicated home office space with reliable internet connection - Must be able to work flexible hours as needed
