Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

Saudi Post is seeking a reliable and energetic Customer Service Associate to join our team in Mecca, SA on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is necessary, but we do require a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, handling inquiries and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Interact with customers in person, over the phone, and via email to provide assistance and support - Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a friendly and professional manner - Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain a clean and organized work environment - Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed

Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience - Reliable and energetic personality traits - Strong problem-solving skills - Leadership skills to demonstrate initiative and take ownership of tasks - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
