Customer Service Associate

Middle East Battery Company is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to join our team in Jeddah, SA. As an Associate Level role, we require a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in customer service. We are looking for individuals who are resilient and adaptable, with strong soft skills in strategic planning and persuasion.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers. 3. Process orders and returns accurately in our system. 4. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Collaborate with other teams to address customer needs and provide solutions. 6. Identify trends in customer inquiries and provide feedback to improve processes. 7. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.

Requirements: 1. 2 years of customer service experience. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. High school diploma or equivalent.
