Job Description:
Saudi Arabian Mining Company (Ma'aden) is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to join our team in Riyadh, SA. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and supporting various customer service functions.
Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assisting customers with product information, order processing, and general inquiries. 3. Handling customer complaints and escalations with empathy and a solutions-oriented approach. 4. Maintaining accurate customer records and updating customer information as needed. 5. Collaborating with other departments to address customer needs and improve overall customer satisfaction. 6. Providing feedback on customer trends and insights to the management team. 7. Assisting with special projects and initiatives to enhance the customer service experience.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience. 2. Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with customers. 3. Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 4. Passion for providing exceptional customer service. 5. Emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers. 6. Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. 7.
