Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time Customer Service Associate to join our team at Al Tazaj in Mecca, SA. As an Associate Level professional with at least 3 years of experience in customer service, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction. Your resourcefulness and independence will be key in delivering top-notch service to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively - Processing customer orders and payments accurately - Providing product information and recommendations to customers - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other team members to ensure excellent customer service - Keeping up to date with product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer service - Resourceful and independent nature - Strong time management and communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent
