Job Description:
The Hilton in Riyadh, SA is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to join our team. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be dedicated, motivated, innovative, and have strong problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Interact with customers to provide information about the hotel's facilities, services, and promotions. 2. Assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner. 3. Handle reservations and booking inquiries via phone, email, and in person. 4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring guests' needs are met promptly and efficiently. 5. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special requests and enhance the overall guest experience. 6. Keep accurate records of guest interactions and transactions in the hotel's database. 7. Uphold the Hilton standards of service and professionalism at all times.
Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. 4. Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications. 6. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
