Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

El Seif Engineering Contracting Company is seeking a passionate and motivated Customer Service Associate to join our team in Riyadh, SA. This is a part-time, entry-level position with the opportunity for growth within the company. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in customer service and possess strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities: - Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and feedback via phone, email, and in person - Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service - Research and stay informed about products, services, and company policies - Collaborate with team members to address customer needs and improve processes - Handle customer complaints and escalations effectively - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Provide feedback to management to improve customer service procedures

Requirements: - 1+ years of experience in customer service - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Passion for helping others and delivering exceptional service
