Customer Service Associate

L'azurde Company for Jewelry, a leading jewelry company based in Jeddah, SA, is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Customer Service Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals looking to kickstart their career in the jewelry industry.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions - Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and product information - Process customer orders accurately and efficiently - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment - Perform administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to problem-solve and think creatively - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus - Must be fluent in English and Arabic - No prior experience is required, but a genuine interest in the jewelry industry is a plus
