Customer Service Associate

United Electronics Company is seeking a dedicated and passionate Customer Service Associate to join our team in Medina, SA on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints via phone, email, or in-person - Process orders, returns, and exchanges - Assist customers in product selection and provide product information - Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times - Uphold company policies and procedures - Handle escalated customer issues with empathy and emotional intelligence

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service - Excellent communication skills - Strong emotional intelligence - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Detail-oriented and organized - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
