Customer Service Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Saudi Arabian Mining Company is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Associate to join our team in Mecca, SA. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from home, providing flexibility and convenience. As an Associate level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients through phone, email, and chat communication. 2. Address inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide solutions to customer issues. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to best assist customers. 6. Assist with special projects and initiatives to improve overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. Hardworking and passionate about delivering excellent customer service. 2. Strong people management skills to effectively communicate with customers. 3. Proven problem-solving abilities to address customer inquiries and issues. 4. Experience working in a remote or work-from-home setting. 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 6.
