Customer Service Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Mobily is seeking a dedicated and independent Customer Service Associate to work from home in Jeddah, SA. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat 2. Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner 3. Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction 6. Meet individual and team performance targets 7. Handle escalated customer issues with tact and empathy 8. Continuously improve customer experience by suggesting process improvements

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in customer service 2. Independent and dedicated personality traits 3. Strong presentation skills 4. Attention to detail 5. Ability to work from home with a reliable internet connection 6. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software 7. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills 8. High school diploma or equivalent
