Job Description:
Sipchem is seeking a highly experienced Remote Customer Service Manager to join our team in Medina, SA. As a part-time position with a seniority level of mid-to-senior, the ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in customer service management.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of remote customer service representatives, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction. 2. Develop and implement customer service strategies to optimize customer interactions and enhance the overall customer experience. 3. Monitor and analyze customer feedback and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 4. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and resolve complaints in a timely and efficient manner. 5. Develop and implement training programs for customer service representatives to enhance their skills and knowledge. 6. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach. 7. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to ensure continuous improvement. 8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in customer service management.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Proven experience in customer service management, with at least 7 years of relevant experience. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong leadership and decision-making abilities. 5. Confident and independent with a high level of emotional intelligence. 6. Attention to detail and excellent project management skills. 7. Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and manage a virtual team.
