Job Description - Customer Service Manager

El Seif Engineering Contracting Company is seeking an experienced and dedicated Customer Service Manager to join our team in Mecca, SA. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of relevant experience in customer service management.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures. 2. Oversee the daily operations of the customer service team. 3. Manage customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 4. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. 5. Train and mentor customer service representatives to ensure high-quality service delivery. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Develop and maintain key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of the customer service team. 8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer service management.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. 8+ years of experience in customer service management. 3. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. 4. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. 5. Emotional intelligence and attention to detail. 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
