Job Description - Customer Service Manager

As the Customer Service Manager at Sipchem in Medina, SA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This part-time position at a mid-to-senior level requires a dedicated and independent individual with at least 6 years of experience in customer service management.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures. 2. Train and supervise a team of customer service representatives. 3. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to improve services and processes. 4. Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution. 5.
