Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and resilient Customer Service Manager to join our team at Saudi Railways Organization in Riyadh, SA. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in customer service management. The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of customer service operations, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Train and supervise customer service staff - Monitor and analyze customer feedback to improve services - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner - Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless customer interactions - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and satisfaction - Conduct regular performance evaluations of customer service staff - Prepare and present reports on customer service performance to management
Requirements: - 7 years of experience in customer service management - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service results - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - Innovation and presentation skills are a plus - Must be willing to work part-time
